  Took three dogs, one belongs to my neighbour, expecting to wait over an hour for them to be done. Instead, the dogs were groomed and experienced doggie day care. When we arrived to pick the dogs up, they were extremely happy with their outing. It's like they had the day out with the hairdresser, getting groomed and entertained. And they were extremely well priced. Am happy with them and we are definitely coming back. Two thumbs up.

  Cheap, but my dog was so stinky because of the incense and the smoking there.. not very happy because my dog was shaved, and shaved in a horrible way to the skin

  Owners or workers, or both, smoke inside. I took my boy to get his nails clipped even from just a few minutes inside I could smell the smoke on me when I left. The front room paint and decorations were yellowed from the cigarette smoke. Will not return. Appalling to inflict such a disgusting habit on animals

  Have been taking my dog here for the past 8 years and could not recommend them highly enough. Happy dog, great prices and lovely owner. Friends that I have recommended to Idyll Inn have had the same great experience. A++++

  Terrible. Took our dog in for a trim and he came out shaved to the skin. They even shaved off one of his nipples. Our dog looks nothing like the beautiful dog he use to be. Would definitely not recommend this place!!
